Welcome to CoderDojo Altona North (Melbourne, Australia). Altona North is a suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 10 km south-west of Melbourne’s Central Business District, located within the City of Hobsons Bay local government area (Wikipedia). CoderDojo Altona North is supported by Hobsons Bay City Council.
CoderDojo Altona North meets on a weekly basis at the Altona North Community library (on Millers road, Altona North). Our classes are held from 0900 – 1100 Hrs AEST every Saturday during the school term. CoderDojo Altona North runs during the school term only. Please see the “Registration” page if you are interested in getting onto the waiting list. We have a waiting list and will get in touch when a seat opens up.
In class we work on Scratch, BBC micro:bit, python, micropython, web development, 3D modelling, fundamentals of electronics using the Arduino, robotics with the Raspberry Pi, etc.
CoderDojo’s are run by volunteers and are 100% free. If you have any questions or would like to get in touch, you can write to us at trevor at hack2.live.

Coderdojo Altona North was launched in September 2017 with the support of Royal Society of Victoria and the Hobsons Bay City Council. Our weekly sessions are run at the Altona North Public Library, located at the corner of Millers road and McArthurs road, Altona North.
CoderDojo Altona North was founded by Trevor Warren, supported by an enthusiastic team of volunteers.
